Pricing/Fees:

Basic Notary Fees:

  • Acknowledgements - $15 per signature notarized
  • Jurats - $15 per individual oath/affirmation with certificate
  • Depositions - $30 all deposition services
    • For Oath - $7
    • For Certificate - $7
  • Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $15 for each Power of Attorney
  • Copies of Journal Entry - $0.30/per page

Travel Fees – In some cases a client may decide not to proceed with a Notary or does not provide acceptable identification to proceed, the travel fee will still be owed in these instances.

  • First 30 miles roundtrip from Temecula, CA - $20
  • Each additional mile - $0.75/per mile

Courier Fees:

  • Calculated roundtrip from Temecula, CA - $1/per mile traveled.

Notary Signing Agent Fees:

  • Document set (one signer) - $150 plus travel fee (see travel fees for details)
  • Document set (two signers) - $200 plus travel fee (see travel fees for details)

Apostille Services:

  • Request sent by mail - $65 includes standard shipping. Plus $20/per apostille request in the form of a check made payable to the Secretary of State.
    • Approximately 10 business days for SOS to process request.
  • Request done in-person for same day service - $150 plus travel fees listed above.
    • Additionally, fees owed to the Secretary of State
      • $20/per apostille
      • $6/for each different public official signature authenticated. Only applies to in-person requests.
    • Mail documents - $5 plus shipping fees
    • Deliver back in person to you – Standard travel fees will apply.

Additional Fees:

  • Outside Business Hours - $40
  • Incarceration Facility Notarizations - $50 plus standard notarization/Travel fees.

Acceptable Identification Requirements:

***All acceptable ID's must be current or issued within the last 5 years. 

California-Approved ID Documents: Group 1

  • ID card or driver's license issued by the CA Dept. of Motor Vehicles
  • U.S. Passport 
  • Inmate ID card issued by the CA Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation (inmates in custody in prison only)
  • Any form of inmate ID issued by a sheriff's department (inmates in custody in a local detention facility only)

If a signer does not have one of the IDs listed above, one of the following forms of ID in group 2 may be used, provided it is current or issued within the last 5 years and contains these four elements:

  1. Photograph
  2. Physical description
  3. Signature
  4. Serial Number 

California-Approved ID Documents: Group 2

  • Passport issued by a foreign government
  • ID card or drivers license issued by another U.S. state
  • Driver license issued by an authorized Canadian or Mexican public agency
  • U.S. Military ID card (caution: some military ID's may lack all four required elements)
  • Employee ID card issued by an agency or office of the state of CA, or by an agency or office of a CA city, county, or city and county. 
  • Consular ID
  • ID card issued by a federally recognized tribal goverment
